Friday 12 March (10.30am - 1.00pm) approx in Belfast Indoor Tennis Arena Ormeau Embankment- fun morning of indoor games including kurling, boccia, new age bowls, quoits, crazy golf etc (limited places so register early)

Friday 19 March (10.30am - 1.00pm) approx in Avoniel Leisure Centre Avoniel Road - try some physical activities including swimming, bowls, badminton, keep kit etc(limited places so register early)

Friday 26 March (10.30am - 1.00pm) approx A historic bus tour of East Belfast with local guide Bobby Gosgrove, with a short walk in Victoria Park (weather permitting)
